We are looking for the right person to fill the new role of caretaker at Barry's Greenhouses
Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable. This position will be responsible for caring for our office building located in the Nims Neighborhood in Muskegon.

Responsibilities
- The Nims office building is a three story multi-tenant building. The Caretaker would spend 3-5 hours Monday-Friday caring for the facility.
- Cleaning and restocking restrooms and kitchens.
- General housekeeping activities.
- Keeping exterior gardens free of weeds and overgrowth.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience as a caretaker preferred
